Unlimited Leadership

Unlimited Leadership

“For with God nothing will be impossible.” (Luke 1:37 NKJV)

Our teams and organizations are not limited by surmounting challenges, lack of resources, or diminished opportunities. They are limited by their leaders.

I want to be the one person in my various spheres of influence that promotes a mindset of unlimited leadership. There are always solutions, answers, a better way, and a brighter future in any situation. This strong belief fosters anticipation in the face of desperation and instills hope even in dark hours. It opens up creativity in our thinking. It births the kind of faith that moves us to action that produces powerful results. A possibility-perspective transforms those we lead.

An unlimited leadership mentality helps us in four ways:

1. We can see what others can’t see.

When we open up to the possibilities of a better future, we will start seeing things others can’t see. Only then will we cast the kind of vision that compels others to follow.

2. We can say what others won’t say.

Our words can kill or create courage. Fear and doubt gradually disband our followers and even worse, drive qualified leadership away. People follow faith and results.

3. We can feel what others don’t feel.

Things aren’t as bad as they seem. When we allow negative emotions to rule us, we sabotage our leadership and forfeit the necessary instinct to make wise decisions.

4. We can do what others can’t do.

Negativity paralyzes us from forward movement. We literally become frozen in time. When we see and speak for a better future, we unlock the potential of our teams.

Let’s be leaders that inspire confidence and build courage even in times of adversity and uncertainty.
