Transformational Leadership

Transformational Leadership

“So, he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart and guided them with his skillful hands.” (Psalms 78:72 NASB)

There are two basic leadership platforms: character and skill. We must commit to grow in both areas. If you want to prove yourself, you must improve yourself.

Philospher and author, James Allen said, “Men are anxious to improve their circumstances but are unwilling to improve themselves; they therefore remain bound."

We begin to lose influence when our need for development outpaces our current season of leadership. We cannot expect to rise above the level of our own growth.

Are you frustrated with your teams or organizations? Do you feel stuck? Have you considered that maybe the problem isn’t the people you lead? Maybe it’s you.

I want to encourage you to give top priority to ongoing personal development and growth. Improving your teams, churches, and organizations starts with you.

To unlock the full potential of where you are, you must constantly ascend the path toward personal transformation. Transformed people transform people.

To add value to others, you must first add value to yourself. This will elevate your level of influence. We must never stop learning because life never stops teaching.
