Leadership Flatline

Leadership Flatline

Whether it’s a small gathering or large public forum, from the second you enter a room and step up to lead, you can either elevate the pulse of the environment or flatline it. The first impression is the most crucial part of the experience. Here are five ways to raise the climate of anticipation and expectation for a leadership encounter.

Bring It

Be fearless! No timidity allowed (1 Timothy 1:7). Look the people in the eye, and let them know who you are. Raise the volume of your voice, and elevate the level of your joy. Bring it!

Go Big

Don’t shrink back. Own it. Let the Lord expand your vision, confidence, authority, and presence. Those who think back will shrink back. You have all you need to lead. Go big or stay home.

Do You

It’s important to be authentic. You can’t be someone you’re not. There’s only one you. That’s a given. However, you can be a much bigger and better version of yourself. So, stand out and shine!

Show Up

You’re the one that was chosen to lead. Don’t let it intimidate you. A top-level leadership experience starts with passion and resonates with joy, energy, confidence, and infectious positivity.

Be There

You are anointed and appointed by God to be where you are. You belong there. Believe it. Don’t let insecurity convince you otherwise. This will significantly increase your influence and impact.
